MetroGroup Events has always been interested in the art of communicating ideas.   Our trade expos and conferences are an excellent platform for executives at our corporate sponsor customers to tell their stories to their customers.   Since our sponsors and exhibitors are the bedrock of our trade event revenue, in order to drive value, our sponsors need to deliver their messaging in the right way to the right audience.

Exhibitor Sales / Service

 

  • Call every past exhibitor to offer renewal information

  • Establish baseline for calls per month

  • Establish baseline number of calls to reach prospect

  • Return all calls / emails from prospects with 24 hours

  • Scout new prospects

  • Enter new sales information into CRM

  • Perform calls / emails

  • Provide reps to visit other trade shows as needed

Sponsorship sales / Service

 

  • Coordinate the prior year’s first right of refusal sponsorships

  • Reach out to every sponsor

  • Process all sponsor contracts

  • Send sponsor confirmations specific to the sponsorship purchased

  • Maintain sponsorship inventory list

  • Run separate sponsorship sales report each week

  • Write detailed proposals with pictures and descriptions

ACCOUNTING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT

MetroGroup performs all aspects of accounts receivable management, collection and litigation for our event, conference and trade-show customers. 

 

Due to our specialized knowledge of the collection of booth cancellation fees, we have assisted in-house council by auditing the terms and conditions of the sponsorship and exhibitor contracts in order to accelerate collection results.
